Qingdao Zhongsi Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (ZSPE) is a large-scale, integrated industry and trade group, consisting of two core entities: Qingdao Zhongsi Rubber & Plastic and Shandong Lishuo Rubber & Plastic.
